Evening 3-course menu in one of our rooms
In the evening we serve you a fine three-course menu in one of our rooms.
The price for this is included in the all-day conference fee.
Our restaurant manager will be happy to recommend an appropriate wine accompaniment to the menu. All drinks are charged according to consumption.
Torch/snowshoe hike with mulled wine reception
Immerse yourself in the wonderful winter mountain world and breathe new energy with the fresh mountain air. A local guide will accompany you on your approx. 1-hour tour through the snow; He brings along snowshoes or torches for a special experience.
At the hotel we will welcome you after your excursion with steaming mulled wine or punch. Red cheeks guaranteed!
For the snowshoe tour please calculate EUR 45.00 per person (at least 10 participants, including rental equipment), for the torch-lit hike EUR 26.00 per person (at least 10 participants, including torches)
In our barbecue seminar you will learn everything about barbecuing, especially meat. We only use high-quality meat products.
In different courses we prepare different grill dishes with you, plus our special “Alpenhof sauce”
The crowning glory is a grilled dessert.
Let yourself be surprised, or discuss the different courses with our grill master in advance.

Optionally, we can offer you various salads and side dishes.
Enjoy a typical “Bavarian evening” with Bavarian delicacies and a freshly tapped beer in our rustic lounge. Let’s start with a snack board, on which Obazda, Kaminwurzn, lard, beer radish and much more will delight the heart. In the main course you can expect baked knuckle of veal, root vegetables, dumplings or chicken from the oven with potato and cucumber salad.
Please calculate a surcharge of EUR 10.00 per person for the hut menu. We would be happy to hire a zither player to provide musical accompaniment for the evening.
Cabin experience cooking
Our hut cooking event is fun for everyone.
Whether as a family celebration of a special kind, as team training for your company or just cooking together with friends.
Our partner, the “Wuidara” Klaus Niedermeier, known from the TV cooking show “The Perfect Dinner from Lake Tegernsee” and his team welcome you to a rustic mountain hut where you can get an insight into traditional Bavarian cuisine.
While preparing the food together, people talk shop, laugh and drink a glass or two of wine.
After about 1 hour of “hard work” it’s off to the festively set table.
Now you can sit back and enjoy the evening.
The hut experience cooking is ideal for groups of 5-50 people.

5-Course Gourmet Menü
Our chef and his team will also prepare an exclusive 5-course menu for you. Of course, silver cutlery and an attractively decorated table should not be missing here.
We are happy to accommodate special requests when designing the menu.
